The most boring site on the planet, FriendFeed has a new beta redesign, which is still mighty sucky, but it has added the most important feature in the history of social networks, Fake Following, which TechCrunch describes as a “seemingly unintuitive feature that allows users to look like they’re following their friends without actually getting their updates.” More like this, please.

Fake Following – das hat die Welt unbedingt noch gebraucht. Endlich brauchen wir alle nicht mehr zu lesen, was all die Leute machen, die uns zwar nicht interessieren, aber in unsere Buddylist gekommen sind.

Das HKZFVSFKWVUEVÜTA macht sich dieses Feature zu nutze nd kündigt daher für Web 4.2 das folgende Feature an: Paranoia 1.0 wird es uns endlich ermöglichen, dass uns weiß gemacht wird, dass uns Leute in einem Social Network folgen, von denen wir das nicht wollen (und die wir vermutlich auch nicht kennen) und die uns auch gar nicht folgen (und das auch nicht wollen).
